We visit the pristine Tasmanian ‘pure south’ regularly to continue to improve the dining that we offer you. The solid relationships that we have built with farmers and fishermen over 13 years ensure the quality of the produce that we deliver to the table for our guests.
King Island Beef, St Helens oysters, Bass Strait scallops, seafood and quality dairy products are delivered weekly by small planes from Tasmania and the islands.
Upstairs is the awarded Dining Room; reborn with a modern twist. The glamorous room almost hangs over the Yarra River, with stunning views out through floor to ceiling glass walls that open. Your choices include bar seats and generous private or semi-private dining areas for special occasions.
At River Level is our all-day eatery & bar P.S.Bar + Kitchen where you can dine to suit your mood; unplanned, relaxed with friends, drop in any time. Perch at the bar or in front of the open kitchen to enjoy the beautiful produce on the eclectic menu, or catch someone for a drink and snack at the unique window seats that put you right on the buzzing boardwalk.
We can trace our world class produce to ethical farmers, fishermen and artisan producers, in Tasmania, King Island and Flinders Island, who all enjoy the luxury of the cleanest seas, the lushest fields and most pristine air measured on the planet. Our ethos is reinforced with regular visits to the apple isle to meet with these farmers and producers, people we know by name and call our friends, and by taking the time to discover their stories where we share a common philosophy.
