Our concept was born from the realization that, arguably, the very finest and healthiest produce on earth can be sourced from Tasmania and it’s Bass Strait islands. Our greatest challenge was getting it to our door from the remote corners and distant islands. We derive great pleasure, together with our chef Andrew Roscouet, traversing this pristine wonderland and unearthing its many treasures.
