We deal direct with the Farmers and fishermen and small artisan producers to source the best available, and deliver it fresh, several times per week.
We have earned a reputation for impressing groups over the past 14 years at Pure South Dining by offering a restaurant dining experience; not a ‘function’ with a selection of menus carefully designed by Chef David Hall and his team.
The Pure South dining room hangs over the boardwalk with views down on the river and across to the Melbourne city. We have ideal spaces designed to accommodate small and large occasions comfortably in private or semi-private areas.
Our restaurant can easily accommodate groups of 12 up to 70; or offer an exclusive hire for up to 180 guests for a sit down dining experience with flexible menus and pricing on offer. We also offer exclusive use of the entire restaurant level for cocktail events up to 300 guests or even the whole venue over two levels for up to 400 guests.
